I called several companies with a fireplace insert issue and got nowhere. When I talked with Capital Hearth Services I was told that they would come and look at the problem. Their technician arrived promptly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue and at a very reasonable price. If we ever have another problem they will be my first call.

My technician was early and called before to make sure that was ok. He introduced himself and got right to work. He did a great job cleaning our indoor fireplace. He spent time going over our outdoor fire pit that wasn’t working and made sure he found the problem before putting it back together. I appreciate that he took the time explaining the problem to me.
